Focus & flowers
自由模式：有效专注达到5分钟后，主动结束并成功保存，获得一朵花。
Free focus: reach five effective minutes, end the session yourself and successfully save to earn a flower.
目标模式：达到最初设定的目标时长获花；追加专注延续同一记录，每条记录最多一朵花。
Target focus: reach the original time goal to earn a flower. Extra focus extends the same record, with at most one flower per record.
分段模式：完成所有专注轮获花。休息结束后，由你主动开始下一轮。
Segmented focus: complete all focus rounds to earn a flower. Start the next round yourself after each rest.
暂停、休息、确认和等待不计入有效专注。无法证明的时间间隔不会自动计入或奖励。
Pauses, rests, confirmations and waiting do not count as effective focus. Unverifiable intervals are not automatically credited or rewarded.
档案、阅读与补录
Records, reading & manual entries
从档案，或某个练习类型／项目的档案进入“手动补录”，填写日期与时长；可选填文字、作品和专业字段。
Open Journal or a practice type/project archive, then Manual Record. Enter the date and duration, with optional notes, artwork and activity fields.
阅读复用手动补录，可以填写起止页码。补录纳入练习统计，不产花、不参与计时解锁。
Reading uses manual entries and may include page ranges. Manual records contribute to practice statistics but earn no flowers or timed unlocks.
实体阅读项目可选填作者、总页数并设置一张封面。新补录的空字段可以继承项目资料；旧记录不会自动改写。封面不是练习作品，不计入作品解锁。
A physical-reading project may include an author, total pages and one cover. Empty fields in new manual records may inherit project details; older records are not rewritten. Covers are not practice artworks and do not count toward artwork unlocks.
计时与补录分钟分别统计。档案与成长回顾呈现真实记录和作品，不自动评价你的能力。
Timed and manual minutes are reported separately. Archives and reviews show actual records and artwork without automatically assessing your ability.
六种花与解锁
Six flowers & unlocks
暖白山茶、蓝紫鸢尾初始可选。珊瑚粉大丽花：3次已获花的计时记录；翡翠葛：120分钟已保存有效计时，含短时和提前结束；杓兰：3个已获花的计时日期。
Warm White Camellia and Blue-Violet Iris are initially available. Coral Pink Dahlia: three flower-earning timed records. Jade Vine: 120 saved effective timed minutes, including short or early-ended sessions. Lady’s Slipper Orchid: flower-earning timed records on three dates.
黑蝙蝠花：5条有已提交作品或非空反思的计时记录，每条只计一次。补录不参与以上解锁。已取得的花种解锁资格永久保留。
Black Bat Flower: five timed records with committed artwork or nonblank reflection, counted once per record. Manual entries do not count toward these unlocks. Earned flower eligibility is retained.
本地资料与导出
Local data & export
资料保存在当前设备；iPhone与iPad不自动同步，也没有账号登录。删除App可能删除本地资料；系统备份由设备设置决定。
Data is stored on the current device. iPhone and iPad do not automatically sync, and no account is required. Removing the app may remove local data; device backups depend on your system settings.
我的 → 导出全部资料 → 准备完整导出 → 系统分享并保存到你选择的位置。离页后导出任务和已准备文件保留；主动取消不会交付不完整文件。
My → Export All Data → Prepare Full Export → use the system share sheet to save to a destination you choose. Leaving the page keeps the export task and prepared file; explicit cancellation does not deliver a partial file.
导出包包含结构数据、原始图片与SHA校验清单，也包含书籍封面。原图可能保留位置等元数据。生成导出文件不等于完成外部备份，请在保存位置检查ZIP能否打开。当前不支持直接导入恢复。
Exports include structured data, original images, a SHA manifest and book covers. Originals may retain location metadata. Preparing an export does not confirm an external backup: check that the saved ZIP opens. Direct import/restore is currently unsupported.

For an issue, include your device/system, language, steps, and expected versus actual behavior. Screenshots or recordings without private data can help. Avoid sending unnecessary artwork, records or personal information.
